JCPenny wanted to create some buzz for their JCP Teen clothing line. The Weekly Crush (item of the week) Facebook campaign was created as a way for JCP to connect with teen audiences and promote merchandise. Each week a new Item is featured along with contest, surveys and fashion trend content. Through this campaign, JCP was able to engage their target audience and collect valuable insights about their teen customer's likes and dislikes.
